Rakai project

Fiffo ltd has a school and orphanage in Rakai district in the southern part of Uganda. Rakai district in Uganda boreders Uganda and Tanzania. Rakai district was in Uganda the first district where the first record of HIV Aids was found in Kansensero landing site Rakai District. The disease ravaged the district population, where prevalence rates were as high as 12 percent, as recently as 2014.

The main health issues in the district include malaria, childhood malnutrition, diarrheal diseases, HIV/AIDS, obstetric complications, respiratory infections, and skin diseases. This has been the main cause of the many of many orphans in the district, alot of people mainly udults lost their lives due to HIV AIDs and left many children orphaned
